Rao Arumilli is the managing broker of Bluerise Realty, a boutique brokerage serving residential and commercial clients across the North Texas growth corridor. With direct brokerage experience concentrated in Frisco, Celina, Little Elm, Prosper, and surrounding Collin County communities, he brings a focused and relationship-driven approach to every client engagement.

As President and CEO of Bluerise Holdings, a North Texas real estate investment firm, Rao is an active participant in the same markets he serves as a broker — bringing an investor’s discipline to pricing, positioning, and negotiation on behalf of clients. Whether guiding a residential buyer through a competitive market, advising a seller on strategy, or supporting a commercial client evaluating opportunities across DFW, his approach centers on clear analysis, honest counsel, and results-oriented representation.

Rao also serves as President and CEO of Infosmart Systems Inc., an IT staffing firm with national reach. His experience leading organizations across both real estate and enterprise technology has shaped a methodical, relationship-first approach to client representation — one built on long-term trust rather than transactional volume.
